This is already boring: deck retired.

So I originally built this deck (Ghetto Slivers) as a challenge when pauper commander was introduced to me as a format. Constructing a five color deck with only commons taught me a great deal about mana fixing and ramp. My friends and I only played a few times, then the deck just sat around while I occasionally scavenged cards from it.

With the introduction of the tribal commander decks I've decided, rather than purchasing one, to start this project. I'm going to convert this into a decent sliver tribal deck, with the limitation that I only get to replace one card every time I play it (non-common: commons/basic lands I can substitute at will just as if I was modifying the original pauper deck).

The Hivelord should make an excellent beat-stick. With that in mind, I'll focus on slivers which beef him up so I can go for commander damage wins. The art clearly depicts four massive scythe-like arms, so I'll plan on putting four sword-like pieces of equipment in the deck to match.
