Just me trying to upgrade to a Sliver commander Deck from my sliver kitchentable Deck for less than 40 Dollars/Euros. My goal here is to go more toolbox than aggro but my color focus is on Naya and i think of throwing out black entirely except for the commander. I am open to suggestion as long as it doesn't bust my budget. Thanks for any thoughts, advice and/or comments!
