Advice greatly appreciated.

Devised this home-brew for the Hong Kong Championship in 2016. I haven't had a chance to playtest it against an opponent. My intention is to pump up Nivix Cyclops and Stormchaser Mage with instants and sorceries, particularly Slip Through Space, Teleportal, and Artful Dodge to make them unblockable. I don't want to add too much counter because it is not always required yet I feel it needs some to keep me alive long enough. I've put Leyline of Sanctity in my sideboard, to counter mill and burn decks primarily. Though I only have the one so drawing it will be an issue. I am thinking about investing in a play-set ofCryptic Command and Remand along with a couple of lands. I have playsets of both Delver of Secrets  /Young Pyromancer but I want to try to use less common creatures.

Thinking of reducing it to twenty lands and putting in a couple more counter spells.Probably should get some fetch lands though if I go that root as I need to have the three colours by turn three ideally.
