Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep is such a ridiculous Magic card: whoever thought an 8-mana creature needed a kicker ability was clearly nuts, but then I must be just as nuts to try to put together a Commander deck based around it!

Our goals are pretty simple: ramp like it's going out of style, slam enormous unblockable beaters, bounce our opponent's boards, and go to town while they frantically try to reset their boards. There's also a small ETB subtheme, mostly based around creatures that our commander bounces back to our hand.

There's no way Slinn is ever going to be very competetive so I'm trying to keep this deck's cost down as much as possible, with very few cards spiking over $1 (and for those, mostly just for cards I already had). Still, I'm sure this list can be tuned up a bit more even with such a restrictive budget. Do you have any suggestions for improving it? I would love to hear your thoughts about my janky little sea monster deck! Bonus points if you can suggest sea-themed cards that work with our gameplan.
