Cold-Eyed Selkie will lead to a reliably full hand if your opponent has an island. And if they don't have an island, Aquitect's Will will give them one that they should have some difficulty getting rid of.

Even the few sorceries in this deck will trigger Deeproot Waters and Door of Destinies. Judge of Currents will reward you for digging Summon the School from your graveyard over and over again, which will boost River Sneak into a serious unblockable threat.

Kopala, Warden of Waves should set your opponents back somewhat, and Lullmage Mentor is especially frustrating to opponents if you tap creatures like Stonybrook Schoolmaster to activate it's ability.
