Queen Marchesa token control with a focus on denying strategies.

Rest in Peace robs opponents of grave synergy

Torpor Orb doesn't hurt me in the slightest as long as I play Queen Marchesa before I play it, I can always get monarch back through combat after that.

A litany of "don't swing on me or else" effects keeps the battlefield under my supervision until I can swarm with tokens or abuse anthem effects on my big beatsticks.
