Skyward Eye Prophets opens up a tri-color Pauper commander which will provide card advantage for the whole game. The idea is to use some early rampy spells and artifacts to keep up with or ahead of the curve to be able to cast the commander by turn 6, which will then add fuel to the hand for the rest of the game. most creatures are utility creatures which can be used for its ability and then to have a body on board. The deck runs more of an enchantment theme for both removal and creature buff. Of course with blue available, the deck is intended to be controlly, and eventually widdle down opponents. Win by attrition.
