Talrand spellslinger deck. Cast spells, make drakes, counter spells, make drakes, etc.

This deck is desiged to have an emphasis on budget, with enough ramp to get Talrand, Sky Summoner out on turn 4 onwards, keep him alive, and slowly build our lovely drake army with cheap spells and cantrips. Blue decks excel at interaction with permanents in play, and spells on the stack, and Talrand rewards our choices with a steady stream of tokens.

Murmuring Mystic is the perfect back-up if our commander is taken out of the game, keeping the tokens flowing. Coat of Arms and Candlekeep Inspiration are silly cards and our primary token based win conditions, as it can turn our 2/2 Drakes into flying combat monsters.

This deck is constantly undergoing tweaks and revisions, so any card suggestions are welcome!
