With the commander rule changes about tucking/bouncing, I immediately decided to brew up a Skullbriar deck. I've long appreciated him as a commander, but felt he was rather weak to a lot of the removal until now. Please feel free to leave any suggestions, I'm still evaluating and tweaking this list.
