My first draft at a Captain Sisay deck for competing into a blind meta of unknown deck levels. This deck will crush non interactive decks consistently on turn 3-4 and is able to pull answers to other situations as they come up.

UPDATE: After some play testing, the deck has now been refined. It includes a few more hate pieces than before, and more protection (as far as protection goes in GW!). Smothering Tithe added to help specifically against the Derevi, Empyrial Tactician - winter orb combo in my meta. Overall the mana curve has been lowered to allow more reliable turn 3 wins, as the follow up spell after Paradox Engine is usually the awkward point, where having a big fancy angel is not so useful.

There is two major lines for winning, one requiring 1GGW and one that needs a minimum of 1GG (provided by the combo, once you get paradox engine out and untapped):

Line 1: Parlay Mill

Paradox Engine -> Any spell for untap -> Mox Amber -> Mox Opal -> Dosan the Falling Leaf (For protection, last chance for people to interact) -> Azusa, Lost but Seeking -> Inventors' Fair -> Thousand-Year Elixir -> Selvala, Explorer Returned

At this point you use Selvala, Explorer Returned to draw a card, add mana and make opponents draw. You also can tutor twice for any card using Captain Sisay and Thousand-Year Elixir . You protect yourself from milling out by casting Green Sun's Zenith over and over. Repeat this till all players have no cards remaining. (NB you will have to blow up your own Gaddock Teeg to allow green sun to be cast, or just avoid casting him if possible once you have your combo going)

Doing this with only 3 mana at the start can be a bit sketchy, and isn't deterministic, so adding in other mana generating creatures you can tutor (e.g. Rishkar, Peema Renegade ), or Reki, the History of Kamigawa for card draw can help you draw into more rocks.

Line 2: Saffi

Needs repeatable (non land) 1GGW to do after Mox Amber and Mox Opal are down, so 2 mana dorks or other rocks required.

The advantage of this is all parts can be tutored with Captain Sisay .

Paradox Engine -> Any spell for untap -> Mox Amber -> Mox Opal -> Dosan the Falling Leaf (optional) -> Bontu's Monument -> Bow of Nylea -> Saffi Eriksdotter

Sacrifice Saffi Eriksdotter , Return to the bottom of library with Bow of Nylea , tutor with Captain Sisay , recast, drain everyone, repeat till dead.

EDIT: Big plan C angels are gone, our new plan C:

A combination of Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa let you destroy lands at will.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard can also do a surprising amount of work in this deck as a plan D, though it is currently missing a 5 drop creature (I am open to ideas on what could fill this spot!)

Update:

Out due to meta: Armageddon, Shalai, Avacyn In: Torpor Orb, Winter Orb, Pithing Needle
