With the release of Battle for Zendikar, I decided to ramp of the focus on exiling cards from my opponents' libraries, not just milling them. I love Wrexial, but I had to switch it for Oona as commander.

Wrexial is an awesome card. I've wanted to build a mill-based EDH deck for a while, but it overlapped too much with my Niv-Mizzet and Nekusar decks, both of which revolved around drawing cards. I decided that if I focused on direct milling and using my opponents' graveyards, I could make a unique play experience (although now it's getting close to my Sheoldred deck).
