Simic Tyrant in Modern. Old build I had years ago. Changed some cards in mainboard and sideboard. Carnage Tyrant + Cackling Counterpart or Tendershoot Dryad+Cackling Counterpart. If the opponent tries to bounce or destroy the dryad, use Snakeskin Veil to protect it and also increase its strength.
