Turbo-turns is a fringe strategy that people have been trying out in many new and interesting ways. The decks usually consist of three main parts: repeatable card-draw; "take an extra turn" spells; and control.

The goal of the deck is to get multiple repeatable card-draw sources (Dictate of Kruphix, Jace Beleren, and Howling Mine are the usual suspects). Use them to string together your thirteen extra-turn spells, effectively locking your opponent out of the rest of the game. An interesting aspect of the deck is that you have no cards that serve purely as win conditions. Your win-cons consist of Jace Beleren's ultimate activated many times, and Part the Waterveil's awoken lands. As you can see, these cards serve mainly as other parts of the deck.

The control is usually accessed in mono-blue counters, bounce, and cards like Gigadrowse. Azorius builds are also popular, utilizing Path to Exile, Wall of Omens, and Supreme Verdict to slow down games. The key strategy there is to slow down your opponents to your speed, seeing as you tend to need around six turns to win. With this build, I've reversed that strategy. With a simic build, we instead try to speed up the process with ramp and card-draw by gaining access to Coiling Oracle, Rites of Flourishing, and Explore. I've also switched up the original decklist to add in ten turn-one mana dorks which really speed up the process, making turn three and four wins much more probable, and quickening up gameplay as a whole. I would love other suggestions of how to turn this into a more competitive version of turbo turns! Great, thanks.
