The idea is to get out Mist-Cloaked Herald and River Sneak early. Equip them with Sixth Sense or Curious Obsession and draw a card for each unblockable attack. In time these combinations could win you the game with only small unblockable attacks.

Ramp up your attack with River Heralds' Boon and Merfolk Mistbinder. Protect your unblockables with Heroic Intervention and Blossoming Defense and recycle these from the grave with Flood of Recollection. This should make you deck more aggro and resilient to mass removal.

Warkite Marauder negates the effects of creatures that could otherwise hurt your unblockable weenies.

Tempest Djinn provides a viable win-con, but everything depends on your game tempo. I have played this deck in the past with Wayward Swordtooth in place of Tempest Djinn (if you are drawing extra cards each turn, you want to be able to play extra lands), but I like the idea of a flier that just grows with every island played.
