Mechanically, this is a green-blue, budget-friendly control deck for my kitchen table group (which is why I don't run any 'four-of's', it's a group preference). It is all about getting as many copies of Frilled Mystic and Mystic Snake into our hand as possible. The deck is all about dropping creatures while gaining card advantage at the same time: Mystic Genesis and our other mystics counter our opponent's spells; Coiling Oracle , Watcher for Tomorrow and Elvish Rejuvenator each net us a card in some way. Cackling Counterpart allows us to copy a Mystic or another creature with a ETB trigger, and Displace fulfills a very similar role. Also, Incubation / Incongruity seems like an underrated card and really pulls weight in this deck when it removes a big threat or grabs us one of our mystics. After we've countered they're big play, Shared Summons allows us to grab more mystics and stay ahead of our opponent. This deck is definitely a prototype and any and all feedback and suggestions are helpful and welcome!

Thematically, this is an enclave of apostate Simic biomancers who believe that only willing subjects should be tested upon and seek to use counter magic to prevent animal cruelty.
