I became interested in Modern recently, and I like making my own decks. After some interesting looks at several decks and my own experience in commander I made this; a budget-ish modern legal mimic deck using +1/+1 counters, ramp-ish qualities, and since there's blue why not control? This deck focuses on early Devoted Druid combo with Quillspike , some control if that's not possible, and a few other +1/+1 combos, including moving them from creature to creature at instant speed. Leechbonder and Paradise Mantle allow for that, and with Harden Scales and another creature out you get infinite +1/+1's on anyone you want (hence Elusive Krasis ). Devoted Druid allows for -1/-1's to be placed on other creatures infinitely, and then gives infinite green. Fathom Mage for card draw (possibly infinitely which is why I am toying with Psychosis Crawler. Hydras are going in and out of the deck for big creatures, as are other green stuff ideas.

As I said, I have limited to no experience with Modern, I just thought this seemed like a very interesting deck to put together. I know it's not about to beat any Tier 1 decks or anything, but I think it has merit on it's own.
