You could call this deck tempo, aggro-control or fish. It gets ahead early on board with efficient creatures, then it protects this early lead with disruption for long enough to win with those early creatures.

Any help and suggestions will be appreciated. I mainly need critique of my sideboard. What would be some great cards to bring in against the primary decks in the current meta?
Longtusk Cub is the most important card in the deck. If it is in the opening hand it will often be best to play it on turn three if the third mana can be used to protect it with either blossoming defence or Siren Stormtamer. Making sure you have 2-4 energy by the time you want to be able to attack is also usually important to get around their two or three drop. Other than the cub the main threats are Bristling Hydra, and Nimble Obstructionist who can hit in the air while we defend on the ground with sturdy green creatures.
Knowing when to hold up mana for counter magic or creature protection, or when to play out more threats, is highly skill testing and requires an understanding of the deck you are playing against and knowing exactly which cards they could play which could put you behind. The most important cards to watch out for currently are sweepers, The Scarab God, Hazoret and Glorybringer.
4 Attune with Aether 3 Servant of the Conduit and 4 Censor justify having only 20 lands, and keeping a 2 land hand (or 1 green source plus attune)) is usually perfectly fine.
Here are my three favorite ways to start a game.
T1 attune (duh). T2: Greenbelt Rampager plus either siren stormtamer, or blossoming defence in hand.
or
T2 cub / T3 cub with either siren storm tamer already on board, or blossoming defence in hand.
or
T2 Servant of the conduit into T3 Hydra
