Simic +1/+1 counters and sea creatures/monsters tribal. I put this deck together for my brother because I think it is pretty interactive and will keep him engaged in multiplayer commander games. Plus it is fairly straightforward to play and because he doesn't play mtg very often he should be able to pilot it without much trouble.
