This is a budget toolbox/control/value deck that is built around Vivien's Arkbow . But this deck feels more like a standard deck than a modern deck because it is mostly standard cards. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, they could be good utility creatures or toolbox spells, or is there just a better colour combination for this type of deck? As this is a budget deck please keep all cards under £1 or £2. Thanks!
