Werewolf Tribal Midrange that takes advantage of the interaction between Mirrorwing Dragon and Silverfur Partisan without relying solely on this combo to win. Updated for Post Rotation.

This deck runs a tight package of wolfs that I feel work best with the interactions of Silverfur and Mirrorwing. I also include Eldritch Evolution as a means of pulling the Mirrorwing for less mana, which means you could start casting spells off him the same turn he comes out and before the opponent gets a turn to spot remove.

=====Wolves

Lambholt Pacifist   : Hard to argue with a 3/3 for 2 cmc. The lack of early aggression with this card is made up for by the explosive combats of this deck's late game.

Shrill Howler  : When the dragon is MIA, howler still makes potentially lethal use of Larger Than Life. When the combo is in full swing he makes victory a certainty. His cmc is also important because we can use him to fetch Mirrorwing Dragon with Eldritch Evolution

Silverfur Partisan: Essential for the combo, of course, but solid even without the dragon. Make your opponents spot removal an uneven trade, while boosting the power of your own instants. On top of that, he's got trample.

=====Other Spells:

Arlinn Kord  : Chandra replaces Arlinn, but she's expensive. Later if she drops to something more reasonable, I'll revisit this choice.

Expedite: The Most important spell to cast on Mirrorwing. Haste is good because it means however many wolves that have come out this turn get to swing. The draw is what is really important. With Mirrorwing out this card reads "Draw a card for each creature you control" for 1 red. You can also cast it when the combo is not active for a desperation draw.

Blossoming Defense: If you've watched this deck at all, you may have noticed I asked Wizards to reprint Ranger's Guile. They did better than I could have hoped. This is the vital 1 cmc green protection that this deck has been missing. It prevents spot removal, while also triggering Silverfur/Mirrorwing and even protects against Reflector Mage. Thank you wizards.

Larger Than Life: This is replacing Might of the Masses after rotation. Confront the Unknown was my first consideration, but this feels more consistently powerful and less reliant on the combo to be strong.

Collective Defiance: Gotta have spot removal is you want to play midrange. Collective Definace always pushes the game forward. Remove the troublesome creature, smack the opponent and maybe search for a better hand.

Harnessed Lightning: Vehicles make this a must. You can't wait around for your turn to shoot enemy creatures, because they wont stay creatures during your turn.

I run 2 copies of Mirrorwing and 1 Zada. Generally speaking I don't want to draw either of these cards early game. I'd rather pull them using Eldirtch Evolution or top deck them after I've got a few werewolves on the field. I keep 1 Zada, because I often find Lambholt Pacifist   is the only wolf on the field I'm willing to Sacrifice.
