The latest update to the deck was swapping out the Champion of Lambholts for Knight of Glory. The protection from black made the Knight of Glory a force to be reckoned with. Especially when I dropped an Increasing Savagery on it.

i like it, looks fun, a lot of decks hav an issue with being overly complex, this deck is fun and consise.

-2 Increasing Savagery +2 Titanic Growth or some other pump. or +1 Sigarda, Host of Herons

i like Increasing Savagery i just dont love it. but if its playing well then that works.

but ya i love the doublestrike death, i run mono white extended silverblade with Armored Ascension in white knights

Thanks for the advice, I'll give the Titanic Growth 's a try next FNM I play in. I'll put 2 side and 2 main putting Increasing Savagery into the sideboard. The deck is a total 10-0 in the past two FNM's so well see if it just keeps on rolling.

Turn 4: What happens in reality: Increasing Savagery , swing, watch your opponent play Selesnya Charm on your Sublime Archangel

At least that's MY luck. I'll see if I can make this work where I play. Our meta game here is insanely adaptive and changes weekly. What you saw last week won't be the same as this week. Sometimes I never see a control deck, sometimes I never see B/R Zombies, other times I'm playing mirror matches against this kind of thing all night. Intrepid Hero seems good against this. In a mirror match they can't get rid of your Intrepid Hero , they're done. Only YOU get to have the fatties. I'd put 2-3 in the sideboard. IF you test this out please let me know. Good luck!

OH, also, run 4 card:Faith's Shield main board. People aren't expecting that. It can give you that important game one win. Works for me really well. I have nearly 100% win vs. all other decks if I'm holding at least one Faith's Shield in my hand during the game.

You won't need the Thragtusk , try Wolfir Silverheart in it's place?

My decklist:

2 Sigarda, Host of Herons 4 Silverblade Paladin 4 Loxodon Smiter 4 Sublime Archangel 4 Serra Avenger - People don't expect this, especially when you put a rancor on it. Then if you can, give it double strike with the Paladin, it's wicked good. Stops their attacks cold too.4 card:Avacyn's Pilgrim3 Wolfir Silverheart 4 card:Faith's Shield2 card:Ranger's Guile - change out card for something else, but seems good vs. heavy removal.1 Selesnya Charm 4 Rancor The trick with the Serra Avenger is, it's cheap, so when you put a Rancor on it, and attack, they try to kill it with a spell, you play your Faith's Shield or Rangers Guile and watch them take damage. I recently acquired my 4th signed Sublime Archangel , so I'm throwing it into the deck to see how it goes. I removed the 4th Wolfir Silverheart to drop the angel in there. I'm going to play it tonight at FNM.

I stopped using the thragtusk/resto angel combo because I can deal more damage than they can stop/gain/prevent, especially with the Trample from the Rancor . If you're running Green in any deck, you need to have the Rancor in there. It's just that good. What I have posted here is a new build for me. A Turn 2 Loxodon Smiter drop is effective, however be careful putting a Rancor on it, because if you're playing the mirror match, they might have a Selesnya Charm to exile it with, so go in with it as a 4/4 the first attack. If you're against a heavy removal deck, you want them to kill it. makes all your drops after that much more effective. It pays to have more than one Smiter in your hand at the beginning of the game. The card:Avacyn's Pilgrim is just fine. If they kill it, fine, they got rid of something insignificant, if they don't kill it early, well then you're in business.

One more thing... sorry, I know I'm Postie McPosterson here, but with all the mana producers, you probably don't need Farseek in there.

Thanks for the ideas. I appreciate it. But Thragtusk is extremely helpful.I use to run 2 Sigarda, Host of Herons and Wolfir Silverheart but they made the deck slow. For some reason the place I play everyone likes to run control and my deck is to quick for the to deal with. Only thing that stops it is a miracle Terminus . I plan on taking the Restoration Angel s out of the deck once it becomes naya. Well see where it goes from there.
