Overall I went 0-3 and dropped from the competition afterward to draft with friends
Seriously though it was bad with a capital fetal position
Game 1: U/R Thopters
I found i was particularly weak in this match up and found myself trying to rely too much on cards from my sideboard. Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact
was my biggest killer continuously though being on the play game 2 allowed me to pull it out just barely.
Game 2: Abzan Morph
I wasn't even aware that the build was good but since my opponent was playing Abzan I held back for the possible Siege Rhinos, only to learn that there were none in his build for that very sneaky reason.
Game 3: 09-09-15-pov-mardu-warriors
Yes. that's right. I lost to my very own Mardu warrior build I set up for a friend of mine. He managed to consistently get out Arashin Foremost + Goblin Rabblemaster
and kill me turn four
Overall conclusion was i needed to hit on my blue overhaul I've been working on for the deck a bit sooner as well as kicking the cards that are doing less for me than wanted (I'm looking at you Dragonlord Kolaghan and Stormbreath Dragon )
New Sideboard cards are for matchups I need more control against like U/R Thopters and Sultai Turbo fog. Might knock out a Silumgar Drifting Death for Dragonlord Ojutai
The deck is slowly gonna become more blue heavy I'm thinking, we'll have to see how next week goes at FNM though.
