This deck is composed of all dragon and changeling/shapeshifter creatures (which are essentially dragons), except 3 extra low-level blockers to help the early game. There is a lot of revival from the graveyard, which should be great late game when I can revive shapeshifters who can copy my dragon creatures or others. There are many cards that have dragon related abilities, and others that reduce the power of other creatures to empower the commander's ability further. There is also a focus on card draw and general destruction as well. In casual play, just Proxy ugin and kokusho to cut the cost of this deck in half
