Sideboard

Changed one of my favourite Standard decks to Modern. The archetype isn't actually competitive in Modern, in my opinion, but I'm still trying to optimize it. The sideboard is still a work in progress. Any comments or advice would be very much appreciated, but keep in mind that the deck is budget. How to play the deck

Using counterspells and removal spells, disrupt your opponent's game plan until you can resolve a couple of large draw spells like Dragonlord's Prerogative . This will allow you to make one-for-one trades for your opponent's cards while maintaining card advantage. Once you have the game locked down, you can search through your library at your leisure until you find one of your win conditions, Silumgar, the Drifting Death or AEtherling. Then you can finish off your helpless opponent.
