Tweaked from the pre-constructed Seize control deck, I've slowly turned it into a Blue/Red control deck. Removing most of the creatures and enchantments, the deck is now all about gaining experience counters and using the counterspells and redirection magic to protect your commander.

This deck wins by burning out your opponents with Comet Storm, Burn from Within, and Meteor Blast; stealing some of your opponents' best cards with things like Lay Claim, Aethersnatch, and Dominate; using Rite of Replication to copy the best creature on the field five times (or possibly your Guttersnipe, Hypersonic Dragon, or 5/5 Elemental token.); Or even just making a bunch of tokens with Metallurgic Summonings, or Rise from the Tides.
