Explore is a really good mechanic for sidisi. Every EDH decks needs ramp but with her we can't really run the good Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Harrow and classic ramp spell, so even though explore doesn't put the land into play it helps us drawing them. But even better if the card we reveal isnt a land, if its a creature we get to mill ourself and make a 2/2 zombie.

Best creatures to mill are obviusly the dredgers, because if we mill them and then dredge and hit another creature, we will end up with two zombie tokens. So we use the majority of dredge creatures.

How does the deck win? There are plenty of ways. We can simply build up a big board and aggro out the opponents (Wraths don't really hurt us beacuse with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and the dredgers we can recover the board in two turns easely); we can make a major Splendid Reclamation into a Villainous Wealth or a Torment of Hailfire and that usually kills the opponents; or we can use ramapaging baloths into a Splendid Reclamation and killing our opponents with 4/4 cows.Other creatures just help us with the process of milling or give us utility.

Birds of Paradise, Deathrite Shaman and Deranged Assistant give us mana and utility.

Hedron Crab helps us with the milling and can kill an opponent with Splendid Reclamation.

Taigam, Sidisi's Hand is simply OP: cards in graveyard (and that means tokens) AND the powerfull activated ability? Yes please.

Titania, Protector of Argoth gives us a land and we run a caouple fetches so we could make some Elementals.

Ramunap Excavator is just a Crucible of Worlds with legs.

Same thing for World Shaper, it's just Splendid Reclamation (to which we rely for one of our wincons) but as a creature, and also has the triggered ability to mill us when it attacks.

Eternal Witness is powerfull in every EDH deck. Here she really shines beacuse we mill ourself a lot so getting back things we threw away is really good.

Obviusly we need to run some responses. We run Damnation and Cyclonic Rift as board clears.As single target removal we run Sultai Charm, Reality Shift, Putrefy, Beast Within and Shriekmaw for creatures; Krosan Grip, Reclamation Sage, Putrefy and Sultai Charm for artifacts and enchantments.

The rest of the cards are utility cards:

Rhystic Study, Phyrexian Arena, Dig Through Time and Forbidden Alchemy for the card draw(the alchemy will also give us a 2/2 zombie if Sidisi, Brood Tyrant is in play).

Dread Return and Reanimate to get back our strongest creatures or even get some from opponents graveyards.

Path of Discovery is super fun, i put a creature, it explores, i get a land? good. I get a creature? i mill it and put a zombie, but wait a zombie entered the battlefield so it explores, so this becomes a chain as long as you have creatures on top (and we run 36).

Growing Rites of Itlimoc   and Journey to Eternity   are the new flipperoo enchants. Needless to say why they are in the deck.

For the lands we have the usual bouncelands and utility lands such as Bojuka Bog or cycle lands such as Tranquil Thicket. We Run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers to make a lot of mana for our Villainous Wealth. Some fetches and shocks because i had them, if you have them you should put all combinations of colors (fetches are really strong with Crucible of Worlds and similars). Dakmor Salvage dredges, Endless Sands will save our commander from a possible Wrath of God and Nephalia Drownyard helps us with the milling.
