Summary Show

This is a competitive edh deck that revolves around mill and mill win cons. Combined with a alternative storm win con, the deck can win as early as turn 1 and averages around turns 4-5.

This deck is a very aggressive/proactive cedh deck that uses demonic consultation, if your play group DESPISES that card I think this is the wrong deck for you. In terms of long game effectiveness, this deck can be incredibly useful in graveyard control, but it often loses to graveyard hate, I would try to win as early as possible but it can hold its own in the midgame and can win in dragged out games as well.

Main Win Con Show

The main win con is Demonic Consultation x Thassa's Oracle, all you need for the combo is which can be achieved as early as turn 1 with a Land and Lion's Eye Diamond. Cast Demonic Consultation and name a card that is not in your library, then cast Thassa's Oracle and win, it's literally that easy! Demonic Consultation will exile your entire library, then Thassa's Oracle will enter the battlefield and check if there are 2 or less cards in your library and once it resolves you will win on the spot.

Alt Win Cons Show

The midgame win con would have to be Food Chain x Eternal Scourge/Misthollow Griffin x Sidisi, Brood Tyrant x Dread Return. Cast Food Chain and Eternal Scourge for a combined , this will generate infinite mana of any color and create a way for you to infinitely cast and sacrifice your commander. Sidisi will etb mill you for 3 cards at a time and create zombies while doing it, the zombies will be useful for the Dread Return cost. Once you are milled use Dread Return/Reanimate to bring Thassa's Oracle/Laboratory Maniac to the battlefield to win, keep in mind that with Laboratory Maniac you will either have to draw a card with a cantrip or wait until next turn.

The next win con can be achieved mid/late game depending on setup, using Bolas's Citadel x Aetherflux Reservoir. The cost can be expensive but with an average cmc of 1.73 in the deck, the life loss will be minimal and storming off is very easy. If you add Sensei's Divining Top to the mixture you will gain land and counter filtering to gain enough life during your storm to zap your opponents to death.
