So, when originally making a more typical Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck, I inadvertently ended up making a lands deck instead, and just kind of rolled with it. The list I've ended up with is loosely based off of the Canadian Highlander turbo-land lists I've seen, with the glaring exception of not being able to run Fastbond .

WIN CONDITIONS:

(Note: I don't run any infinite combo win-cons in the deck, simply because I find them less interesting.)

1: Laboratory Maniac

It turns out that the trinity of Tatyova, Benthic Druid , The Gitrog Monster and Underrealm Lich can dig through an entire library with alarming speed, making a self mill victory surprisingly easy, especially when a full complement of fetchlands are thrown into the mix. Another reliable way to get there with the lab maniac is the synergy between Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and Altar of Dementia . Speaking of which, win condition number two...

2: Altar of Dementia

Sometimes a mean person might exile or otherwise permanently dispose of your Laboratory Maniac , thus robbing you of your chance for self-milling glory. So what do you do in these situations? You just mill them instead! One of the harder ways to win with the deck, as it requires a critical mass of disposable creatures on the board to sacrifice to the altar, but when it comes together it is quite possible to mill 200+ cards in one go (Not bad considering there is no way to go infinite with this!). As for getting enough creatures to sacrifice, that leads neatly into...

3: Avenger of Zendikar

Not the most original or subtle way to end a game, but when you're able to play up to 7 lands a turn, many or all of which could be fetches, this beefy plant making friend gets out of control at an alarming rate. Need a bunch of fodder for Altar of Dementia ? Avenger will provide. Need to crash sideways and win the way Richard Garfield intended? Avenger and friends will beat face like there is no tomorrow (For your opponents that is). Opponents have pesky plant-hating blockers? Just throw Wonder in the graveyard and unleash the orbital salad bombardment! But what if Avenger of Zendikar is too busy fighting the Eldrazi to come and help out? Well in that case it's time to call in...

4: Titania, Protector of Argoth

Land Mum is here to bring the big beats, and with the combination of fetchlands, Ranumap Excavator and Crucible of Worlds , she's gonna bring a whole lot of beef to the table. Functionally, this card brings the same utility as Avenger of Zendikar , in that it provides a whole lot of big creatures for either combat, or feeding the altar. The main difference is the added synergy with Sylvan Safekeeper and Zuran Orb for instant speed creature making shenanigans. And if all that isn't enough for you? Well its time to take a leaf out of Moderns book with...

5: Scapeshift

Whilst this isn't going to win the game via Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle as with most decks that run it, it will handily set up for all the previous win-cons. Whether it be drawing an excessive number of cards with Tatyova, Benthic Druid or The Gitrog Monster in order the get a self mill win, or making either a huge number of elemental tokens with Titania, Protector of Argoth or a number of huge plant tokens with Avenger of Zendikar to beat face with, or feed to Altar of Dementia to mill out the whole table, a well timed and set up Scapeshift will typically decide the fate of the game on the spot.

THE GLUE THAT HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER

1: Fetchlands

I am usually of the mindset that EDH decks don't need fetchlands to function, but lands-matter decks like this are the major exception. Being able to have as many lands enter the battlefield per turn is crucial to making the deck work smoothly, as is the practically free way to sacrifice lands. This might be a budget issue for some players, but sadly, whilst it is technically possible to play without fetches (As I did before I managed to acquire them myself), the deck will be noticeably weaker without them.

2: Tutors

Since this deck is so reliant on setting up various creature based synergies to achieve it's win-cons, a strong selection of tutor-effects (Especially creature tutors) is important to keep the deck running smoothly and consistently. To that end, I am running: Birthing Pod , Diabolic Intent , Green Sun's Zenith , Primal Command , Sidisi, Undead Vizier , Worldly Tutor , Woodland Bellower , Survival of the Fittest - For those with budget concerns, this one is definitely overkill, don't sweat it.

3: Extra land effects

In a shocking turn of events, the deck is running nearly all the the cards it can that allow one to play extra lands per turn. Ghirapur Orrery and Rites of Flourishing are excluded due to their symmetrical nature.

HONOURABLE MENTIONS

1: Stripmine and Wasteland

I mean, if you can play multiple lands a turn from the graveyard, it would be rude not to run these right? It may not be possible to infinitely stripmine-lock players with this deck, but blowing away up to 7 lands a turn (And getting plenty of value in the process) is certainly good enough.

2: Living Death

This may not be a typical Sidisi deck, but it still ends up with a whole lot of creatures in the bin, and this card can turn a boardstate completely on it's head, giving you a huge advantage.

EPILOGUE

That's basically it, the rest of the deck is just generic useful cards in Sultai colours, some mana dorks, removal and protection, nothing fancy really. Congratulations on making it to the end of this, and I hope you enjoy my different take on the ever popular Sidisi, Brood Tyrant , because lets be honest, who wants to read yet another generic graveyard good-stuff decklist?
