Budget Sidisi, Undead Vizier, but it's actually Waste Not.

Waste Not is the true commander of this deck.

Our Gameplan is as follows:

1. Play discard outlets like Necrogen Mists and the cards they enable such as Megrim.
2. Play Sidisi, Undead Vizier to herald the coming of our TrueCommanderWaste Not.
3. Play Waste Not proceed to produce massive value, resource lock our opponents while were swimming in it, and generally just calling Sidisi, Undead Vizier back when we need something.

Side bet:

1. Discard a fatty to a discard outlet.
2. Re-animate said fatty.
3. Produce massive value and either stabilize or win.

Waste Not Interactions of Note:

1. Geier Reach Sanitarium is among our best enablers, as we can call it whenever we need and get three triggers of it.
2. Words of Waste requires us to draw cards, but can "Chain" to destroy entire hands.
3. Triggered abilities like Bottomless Pit and Oppression aren't our best because we don't get to choose when the happen(and can soft-lock us out of tutoring at worst), but are very effective at bringing everyone down to your level.

Pet cards:

1. Seizan, Perverter of Truth because I want everyone to have a hand they immediately discard to my upkeep effects. Also stack those effects how you like so your not discarding any cards drawn to upkeep effects.
2. Ghirapur Orrery See above.
3. Strands of Night I'm toying with this for now. Truthfully I think I need one or two more big fatty ETB to truly abuse this, but I'll see how play testing goes first.
4. Conqueror's Galleon   Have you seen the other side of this card? Ramp, Card Selection, Card advantage, Card Recursion, everything you need. Plus we can have Sidisi, Undead Vizier crew it before she dies to herself.
5. Arch of Orazca Slamming this in every EDH deck I can.

How to bone yourself:

1. Gibbering Descent lets us skip our upkeep when were hellbent, which is great, but Creeping Dread and Seizan, Perverter of Truth also trigger on our upkeep and we like those effects.
2. Playing the second discard outlet to early. Sidisi, Undead Vizier no good to us if we play her and immediately lose the card before we can play it.
