This is my first attempt at a vintage deck, I found the card Soldier of Fortune and though it was a very interesting ability, so i thought i would build a deck around him, most of the cards ended up being illegal in Standard and Modern.

Get out Psychogenic Probe or Widespread Panic and work together the other cards to bleed your opponent dry or lock them out of the game with no cards in hand.

Ral Zarek Can help reverse the turn disadvantage of Caldera Lake , Steam Vents is a little out of my price range, Shivan Reef would be a good alternative, however i do not own any.
