This deck functions as a sort of control deck, taking the idea of seizing your opponent's ability to play the game, and amplifying that deck manipulation to the extreme. The core pieces are Cosi's Trickster, Psychogenic Probe, and Psychic Surgery. These cards damage and control the opponent while we continue shuffling their deck. The rest of the cards are either shuffling enablers (and main board hate cards), such as Praetor's Grasp and main deck Surgical Extraction, or general utility, like Mission Briefing and Remand.
