Tiny leaders is a format that acts like a hybrid of Commander & Legacy. However, each card must cost 3cmc or less, the decks are 50 card singleton (including the commander, following color identity rules) plus a 10 card sideboard, the starting life total is 25, and the format is 1v1.

Shu Yun is a recently spoiled card (official article - http://www.gatheringmagic.com/insidethedeck-01012015-shu-yun-the-silent-tempest/). He is a 3/2 Legendary Human Monk for 2U, has Prowess and says "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may pay R/W R/W. If you do, target creature gains double strike until end of turn."

This deck's strategy is a Spellblade, Stormy thing. We blast our opponent with burn spells, pump Shu Yun (or other creature), and smash face. We can sideboard into a more Counter-Burn build.Note: Keeping it at an Izzet build for now, but will go to full Jeskai once I acquire the proper mana base.
