Evershrike is one of my favorite creatures and I've wanted to make a deck with it again for a while.

Rancor, Spirit Loop , and Angelic Destiny allows Evershrike to continuously be brought back since they return to your hand when Evershrike dies.

Kruphix's Insight is a card draw engine of sorts that can also get Evershrike in the yard.

Collective Brutality is to get Evershrike in the yard while being a removal and disruption spell.

Evershrike 's allows you to keep the enchantment even if Evershrike is removed from the grave in response to the ability, if I understand correctly.
