Pretty straightforward sacrifice deck with Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker at the helm. I noticed a cool synergy between him and Nightmare Shephard that I thought it would be cool. The deck is full of sacrifice synergy and ways to gain life. An especially fun combo is having Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker out at the same time as Coretapper and Magistrate's Scepter for infinite turns or Jar of Eyeballs for infinite scrys. If there's any advice I'll gladly listen, but I would like to keep this budget-friendly.
