I put together a cheap Commander deck and after playing it quite a few times, I think I have finished making adjustments. It plays well and gets very interesting once Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker comes onto the battlefield.

I'm sure there are cards I haven't considered that could take this deck up a notch. Have a look and leave comments and suggestions.
