My take on a Vampire tribal aggro weenie deck for Rivals of Ixalan standard. I'm open to suggestions, and the sideboard probably needs some work.

The main strategy is to go wide, put down a Sanctum Seeker, and for each individual swing, you drain 1 life, getting ahead by 2.

If you want to put in 4-drops like Elenda or Twilight Prophet, you can replace 1 Sanctum Seeker with them, ie 1 Seeker, 1 Elenda, 1 Prophet. Less competitive, but more fun and still effective because of the Forerunner.

Cards

Skymarcher Aspirant is a great 1-drop, swinging for two, and then late game it Ascends to fly over blockers.

Vicious Conquistador also swings for two, blocks small 1-drops, and can get in the last point of damage, if that comes up.

Legion's Landing   has its better decks, but is a nice late-game mana sink here.

Legion Lieutenant. No explanation needed.

Paladin of Atonement grows really fast, especially with the ping-deserts, in fact, you want to hurt yourself with them in order to grow him, and when he dies, you get that life back.

Famished Paladin untaps almost consistently, and a 3/3 for provides good value.

Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle creates board presence, and the tokens have lifelink, which is pretty great.

Forerunner of the Legion allows to adapt to the board-state effectively, and will most often tutor a Sanctum Seeker (do this only if you have enough lands to cast it, or if you have the fourth in hand).

Sanctum Seeker is a consistent finisher. Draining 4-5 from a swing in addition to damage is great.
