I got bored and am trying to make a mono colored deck for all of the colors! Next up was Blue and whats Blue without control? Im also a massive fan of Tribal Decks and well.. blue=Merfolk

I tried to keep it budget but obviously if this is ever built Id eventually get cards like Snapcaster Mage, Force of Will, and other blue staples

The purpose of the deck is to control the board and disrupt your oppenents while still maintaining a steady board state for youself with unblockable creatures to deal the damage, and the army of flying drakes at your back aren't hurtful either:)
