This is a Draw deck. The main purpose is to get cards like Sphinx's Tutelage + Teferi's Puzzle Box out. An added bonus is Chasm Skulker for defense and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth for protection from milling yourself and protection from other mill decks.

There's a few infinite combos; for drawing Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell for a basic infinite draw combo. Then Mind Over Matter combos with Consecrated Sphinx, Temple Bell, Tolarian Academy and other Artifacts for infinite drawing and infinite mana. Just discard Kozilek, Butcher of Truth when your deck gets low to stay in the game. Lastly Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell with Consecrated Sphinx and Magistrate's Scepter for an infinite draw and infinite turn combo.

Chasm Skulker can be buffed by pretty much anything in this deck and is possible to get it to infinite +1/+1 counters with the infinite draw combo if my opponent somehow survives that. Also once you get Chasm Skulker strong enough you can even tap all their creatures with Mind Over Matter and attack. Read the Runes is in here to 'pop' Chasm Skulker when I need more blockers and Rogue's Passage makes Chasm Skulker unblockable just in case they somehow avoid drawing out I’ll have another win condition.

Sol Ring and Tolarian Academy are for mana ramp. Vault of Whispers is in here to get Notion Thief on the battlefield. Notion Thief + Teferi's Puzzle Box combos well and prevents my opponent from having a hand. Teferi's Puzzle Box also helps get Notion Thief out, because if I draw Notion Thief but I would have to put him on the bottom of my library due to the ability of Teferi's Puzzle Box, after I untap on my next turn I can simply cast him with his Flash ability.

everything else simply speeds up the game and helps me get what I need.
