Sorry to bother you...but this deck is a lot far away from being budget

The deck looks amazing.

Minor Changes:

I would play the fourth baleful strix because it basically stone walls other threats and replaces itself. You also want to reliably have the fourth type in the GY for delirium. Also another blue card for FoW will help against combo. I think you can get away with three instead of the full playset of abrupt decay in the main.

8vomit- It's not the best removal, but it kills a ton and helps fuel delirium. The Pernicious Deed is there for a similar function, it's an ok board wipe that works well with liliana and helps fuel delirium.
