This is my Lazav, the Multifarious deck. Tutor and discard key creatures in the graveyard and then turn lazav into them. The main wincon is getting Invisible Stalker, Vector Asp, and Phyrexian Dreadnought into the graveyard. Since Lazav's ability is instant speed, you can make him into the stalker and swing. Before damage, turn him into the asp and give him infect, then turn him into the dreadnought for an instant kill!

Also, Leveler/Mirror-Mad Phantasm and LabMan are in the deck
