Maybeboard

This deck has been crafted with budget in mind and i will try to make a non-budget deck in the near future

Update: I have decided to turn this deck into a Samut, Voice of Dissent deck and i am mow retiring this list

As many people know, Selesnya is a color combination that either tries to go wide with creatures and tokens,

Rhys the Redeemed

or goes tall with voltron and the host of good Aura synergies in their colors,

Sigarda, Host of Herons

And there are enchantress builds

Karametra, God of Harvests and group hug

Selvala, Explorer Returned.

Then what makes Shanna different from these choices?

Shanna's First ability is just gravy, what we are really into is her second ability.

"Shanna gets +1/+1 for each creature you control"

This ability is how i built around the deck, her ability promotes a go wide strategy but also a go tall one with Shanna.

This deck is a tokens first with a subtheme of Voltron.

We have the basics of any edh decks in the form of ramp and card draw

Staples of green Ramp are the likes of: - Cultivate - Kodama's Reach - Etc.

And mana dorks like - Llanowar Elves - Avacyn's Pilgrim - Elvish Mystic

And for card draw for a token deck we have: - Mentor of the Meek - Shamanic Revelation - Harmonize - Etc.

Now to grow Shanna bigger, we need creatures on the field, and what is the best way to get a lot of creatures on the battlefield? Why token makers ofcourse.

From early game cards like: - Raise the Alarm - Thraben Doomsayer - Squirrel Nest - Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter - Etc.

To late game armies in a can like: - Increasing Devotion - White Sun's Zenith - Secure the Wastes - Etc.

And we can be a little Cheeky and pull off a

Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond Combo

To protect our tokens we have some indestructable spells to protect out board:

With all these creatures we are making Shanna can easily get to 7/7 or higher, thats when we suit her up with Aura and Equipments to hit someone for 21

We have Open the Armory to search for our Battle gear like: - Fireshrieker - Whispersilk Cloak - Grafted Exoskeleton - Fists of Ironwood - Shield of the Oversoul

And my favorite spicy card is Dragon Throne of Tarkir to mimic a Craterhoof Behemoth

I feel like the Throne will do much, much work overruning your opponents in

Sometimes people like to set up a pillowfort with cards like: - Propaganda

And if its their turn to take damage we need to clear it with cards like: - Forsake the Worldly - Sundering Growth - Beast Within

And when someones trying to outswarm us we can reset the board with - Rout - Fumigate

And a staple removal spell in: - Swords to Plowshares
