Win Con

Step 1: Paradox Engine + Mana Rocks

Once you have Paradox Engine out and a couple of mana rocks (Mana Vault, Basalt Monolith, Grim Monolith, etc.), it's very easy to generate arbitrarily large amounts of mana and an arbitrarily large storm count provided you have enough cards to cast.

Step 2: Retreivers + Sac Outlet

In order to accomplish this step, you need 2 out of 3 of the following: Junk Diver, Myr Retriever, and/or Scrap Trawler. With these and a Sac Outlet (Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Krark-Clan Ironworks), you can endlessly cycle your retrievers provided you have enough mana.

Step 3: Pay Off

The Chain Veil + Ugin, the Spirit Dragon: The Chain Veil is a great mana sink for all that mana we're generating. It allows us to rummage through the rest of our deck until we find Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, who will then recognize all of The Chain Veil activations triggered this turn and use his +1 to Lightning Bolt everybody an equal amount of times.

Aetherflux Reservoir: Enables us to storm off, generating more and more life every time we cycle through our retrievers. After gaining >50X (where X is the number of opponents), we can then shoot everybody with a laser. Incidentally this card is valuable outside the combo as a way of cushioning our life total.
