Working on my lifegain control deck gave me more ideas and had me thinking on ways to use cycling, which lead me into this stupid idea where we dump cards into our graveyard to make a huge Vile Manifestation or enable Shadowstorm Vizier. Wander in Death and Liliana, Death's Majesty are here in case we accidentally dump our creatures or lose them to removal, plus Liliana self-mills us along the way while fortifying our board.

Basic plan is to cycle and counterspell, and Compelling Argument/Fraying Sanity ourselves with a Vizier or Manifestation out. Ideally when New Perspectives comes up we can cycle everything in our hand we're able to, pumping us a huge Manifestation.

I know Cartouche of Knowledge isn't that great, but I wanted a way to give Manifestation flying, plus we pump him a bit and get a card. CMC is kept purposefully low so we can use mana to keep cards flowing. Ideally this deck churns through cards like an engine, getting us anything we need.

Suggestions are very welcome.
