I like ninja mechanics and flavor! I made a deck about it!

Vela the Night-Clad seemed like an obvious choice as commander, and from there I just threw in ninjas, cipher cards, and guys with unblockable.

This is less budget than most of my Commander decks, since I usually like to keep it under $50 with a few exceptions, but there were too many good cards above my usual price limits.
