My version of the Budget Mono-Blue Flyers deck. The main strategy is simple, get big flying things to hit your opponent to death and have cheap removal and negation to make sure they don't hit you to death.

Edit 5/28: Just constantly got either flooded or droughted, so need to make some cuts to the counterspells to help consistency. Jace worked well though.

Edit 5/25: The mainboarded Ceremonious Rejections were a bad idea, but I like them in the side. Jace seems to help with draw and with grindier matchups, so will be the next addition tested.

Maybes are cards I've seen in other builds that I decided not to include or tech choices I might want to test someday.
