Oona, Queen of the Fae EDH.

I try to build this deck faerie/rogue tribal, but both types have no extraordinary strong cards or win conditions (at least not that I could find while searching for tribal cards).
As a dedicated Boros player I have difficulty creating a working deck using blue so every advise would be extremely helpfull!
