UPDATE 11/24/15: Seraph of the Masses needs to come out BEFORE I sac TOR or MT with FTP, and so does Goldnight Commander. With GC and SOTM in play before tokens are created, GC would give SOTM +1/+1 for each token that resolves, and that's ON TOP of SOTM's P/T being equal to the number of creatures (including tokens) I control. Also I need fewer land-creation cards, I think, and maybe replace them either with something that makes cards come into play with haste, or I don't know.

Without having ever played anything other than casual games, I don't know how well this would fare in an actual card-shop Modern format game. But:

Blossoming Sands - compensates for Brushlands damage || Brushlands - mostly used for colorless. || Cream of the Crop - deck-searching. || Devouring Light - defense against attackers. || Feed the Clan Life - gain if token strategy is slow. || Feed the Pack - Sac MT & TOR, or Vine Trellis for emergency defense. || Fertile Ground - Mana acceleration. || Goldnight Commander - To be in play before tokens are created b/c whaaat! || Meandering Towershell & Tree of Redemption - Sac'd by FTP. || Naturalize - Defense against art/ench. || Seraph of the Masses - For when I have lots of tokens out. || Temple of Plenty - Scry lands. || Vine Trellis - Good defense mana provider, Sac'd by FTP in emergencies.
