Have most of it, that's why it's 'semi' budget.

Aside from that, not playing City of Traitors and replacing that for Crystal Vein helped reducing the price dramatically.

On the other hand, keeping the Thought-Knot Seer as the only control source to hinder my opponent's play with the disrupting help of the Oblivion Sowers, ditching the Chalice of the Void for a more aggro strategy reduced the cost by another significant amount.

Long story short, this is an Aggro eldrazi deck, the faster the better, no control, no worries on what the opponent should do: hit fast, hit hard.
