My own take on Sigi's (from the lab maniacs) breakfast hulk cEDH deck

To win:

PLAN A

step 1: mill your entire library. (maybe get a Narcomoeba)

option 1 activate Hermit Druid. We play no basic lands.

option 2 assemble Cephalid Illusionist + Nomads en-Kor activate nomads targeting illusionist over and over triggering illusionist each time, milling your deck 3 cards at a time. (this is frequently done by using Flash to put Protean Hulk on to the battlefield and sacrifice it immediately, hulk's trigger can search your library for these two creatures and up to 3 CMC more worth of creatures such as Grand Abolisher, Flickerwisp, Riftsweeper, Hapless Researcher etc.).

step 2: reanimate Laboratory Maniac.

option 1: flash back Dread Return targeting lab man.

option 2: flash back Dread Return targeting Angel of Glory's Rise. Angel's trigger brings back lab man and hapless researcher, among other things.

step 3: Profit

sac researcher, who's ability at this point reads "Sacrifice Hapless Researcher: Win the game, then discard a card." seems like a good one to activate if you ask me.

PLAN B

Imprint Dramatic Reversal on an Isochron Scepter. Now, if nonland permanents you control can tap to add more than 2 mana to your mana pool, you can generate unbounded mana of those types. This will typically allow you to cast Thrasios and activate his ability until your deck is in your hand. from this point you can cast all of your spells any number of times. You can do stupid things like cast brainstorm, swan song it for a bird, memory's journey swan song and brainstorm, noxious revival memory's journey, activate Thrasios 3 times, repeat, but this time memory's journey back the revival as well and thrasios 4 times, make G(64) birds, pass the turn, counter every spell your opponents cast, untap and attack everyone with your swan army.

PLAN C

Angel's Grace can let you survive some combo turns, Ad Nauseam is a great draw spell in a deck with this low an average CMC. Cast them both on the same turn and you can reveal your entire library, go to negative 200ish and proceed to combo off with lab man or dramatic scepter.
