Personally, I would drop gavony and the gate, as well as Centaur's Herald, putting 1 IV and 2 phantom generals in the sideboard.
Maybe drop one each of the guildmage and temple because you don't need to pull 2 of each of them. Then drop the collective blessings entirely, putting in rancor instead.
